LOIS RAY is in her first year coaching at Tualatin High School.  She began her coaching career with Tenacity Project in 2016-2018. In 2013, she started the Thurston Women's lacrosse program, with the help of her mother, where she still holds every offensive and draw school record and led her team to their first playoff appearance in her senior year (2015). She received 2nd team All-League midfield honors in 2014 and 1st team All-League midfield (2015).  During her high school career, she also lettered in soccer and basketball.  Following high school, Lois went on to play all four years at George Fox University.  As a Bruin, she won a co-league championship (2016) and 3 league championships (2017-19); received 1st team All-League attack (2018, 2019), Player of the Year (2019) and 2nd team All-Region (2019).  In her senior year, she led the Bruins to the 2nd round of the NCAA tournament.  After her senior year, she sits at the top of record book for goals (in a season), assists (in a game, season, career) and points (in a game, season, career). 


LEE ATKINSON began coaching Tualatin Girls Youth Lacrosse in 2011, helping kick start the growth of the youth girls program, moving that program from one team of nine girls, to four teams of 63 girls when he left. He took a year off when his daughter Alexis entered Tualatin High School, but saw an opportunity to get back into something he truly loves, coaching lacrosse. Lee has Level 1 and 2 coaching endorsements and is an Accredited Interscholastic Lacrosse Coach. He will be assisting on defense at the Varsity level.
