What our past Tualatin Lacrosse Players are Accomplishing in the field of Lacrosse

Jordan Mitchell (Class of 2017)

Great Alumni News!

Jordan Mitchell, who is playing for SCAD (Savannah College of Arts and Design) in Georgia, is having a wonder Rookie Season in Lacrosse.  She was named Rookie of the Year and received First Team All-League for Attack in the NAIA Independent Conference.

Jordan has also broken the school’s assist records: most assists in a single game (7) and most assists in a season (46). She is also on the verge of breaking the most points in a season.

The SCAD Team is heading to the NAIA National Tournament seeded 1st out of 48 teams in a week and a half.  We wish them the best of luck!

Congratulations to Jordan Mitchell for a tremendous season!

We are happy to announce that two of our Alumni Players playing NCAA DIII Lacrosse at Whittier College have earned awards during the 2018 Season.

Former Tualatin High Alumni Jordan McGowan (’16) and Jake Berggren (’17) were each presented with an award yesterday during Senior Day festivities hosted by the President of Whittier College.

  • Sophomore, Jordan McGowan (M/A,) was honored to receive the team's 2018 Sportsmanship Award.
  • Freshman, Jake Berggren (LSM/D), was presented with the team’s 2018 Rookie of the Year Award.

Tualatin High School lacrosse alumni are leaving their mark on the program at Whittier. The Whittier Poets have four games remaining in their regular schedule and travel to Illinois and Colorado for two road games at each location to round out their 2018 season. They wish the players at their former high school club continued success!
