FIDDLE STIX, BOYS & GIRLS MIXED, GRADES 1 - 2
Our new Fiddle Stix program gives our youngest players a fun, safe way to learn basic lacrosse skills. Skill work is combined with scrimmage games, when possible, which are played between players on the same team. 5-6 players at a time (no goalie) play on a small field with goals. “Fiddle stix” (small lacrosse sticks) are provided for all players and are theirs to keep. Soft balls are used, so no additional protective equipment is needed. Runs five Saturdays in April and May; dates to be determined based on field availability. No evening practices.
2009 fees
Boys and girls Fiddle Stix league: $100
